Rail was one of the biggest transporters of spectators during the London 2012 Olympic Games, carrying 90% of passengers in London. In this session, the speakers discuss how National Rail planned for and delivered the services for the Games. In particular, they look at how the services were flexed, and what was changed in order to cope with such a large demand.
